The idea

The idea for this website comes from my childhood. I got a keyboard from my mom at the age of nine in Christmas present. Since that day, I have myself been creating music. And several years ago in 2002, I sat down and rebelled against the fact that the music industry (in many ways, not always, but often) today demands the artist to have a lot of money to begin with. The recording may cost, to send material to the record companies has it fair share, these companies takes their piece of the cake to market and distribute the music. Therefor we have designed and come up with the idea to this site to support You who want to go another way, do not want to put all the money into it or for whatever is Your reasons.I personally thank You who is reading for visiting this creation.

Miniidolen started out as a project in a preschool in Halmstad, Sweden, in January 2007. The lyrics and some of the melodies were written and produced by Miniidolen (a child care worker) together with twelve children. Originally, it was the children who sang. But for technical reasons, it was decided that Miniidolen should be the singer.

Almost Famous

Almost Famous is a Swedish punkrock band from Stockholm,Sweden and was created 2008 by Rob and Vince. At that time it was just for laughs and nothing serious, and with the name Another Sound Of Us. The band got more committed during 2009 when the group got its 4th member. Therefore, the band decided to change its name to Almost Famous...and got at the same time loaded with energy, attitude and action!
